Purpose: Leverage U-Med relationships to gain economies of scale that increase green purchasing; and reduce vehicle congestion, debris to the landfill, and fossil fuel consumption.

Executive—Provide strategic direction; support actions, meet twice a year
Management Team—Think through strategic benefits, collectively make recommendations, meet at least quarterly
Workgroups: Institutional Experts—Identify detailed action plans and lead implementation, meet as needed, monthly to quarterly
