Management Team Goals

The U-Med Management Team's commitment is to meet on a quarterly basis, and then as necessary. The Management Team serves as the nexus for:

• disseminating information within each of their respective organizations,
• supporting workgroups by developing structural procedures,
• making collective recommendations to the U-Med Executives, and
• thinking through strategic benefits of proposed actions and efforts
