Management Team Meeting Summaries

Many of the U-Med Management Team’s meetings have resulted in immediate actions. Frequently, meeting notes are not written as time is spent implementing the Management Team’s decisions. The results of these decisions are reflected in Workgroups’ actions and outcomes, and in reports to Executives.
